Marketing of S-Bank Fund Management Ltd’s funds ends in Norway and Estonia

S-Bank Fund Management Ltd (“S-Bank Fund Management”) will stop marketing S-Bank Brands Equity Fund, S-Bank Emerging Market ESG Equity Mutual Fund, S-Bank Emerging Market Yield Fund and S-Bank Frontier Markets Equity Fund in Norway and the S-Bank Fenno Equity Fund in Estonia as of 10 November 2022. The Board of Directors of S-Bank Fund Management has made a decision regarding this on 22 September 2022.

S-Bank Fund Management will make a blanket offer to redeem the units of the above mentioned funds held by unitholders resident in Norway and Estonia. The blanket offer period starts on 10 November 2022 and ends on 22 December 2022. No costs or fees will be charged for redemptions made during the blanket offer period. However, unitholders will be liable for any tax consequences of the redemption.

The unitholders may accept the redemption by making a redemption order during the blanket offer period. A letter has been sent to unitholders with further instructions on how to place a redemption order. The redemption orders will be executed in accordance with the schedule provided in each fund’s rules.

Unitholders resident in Norway and Estonia will not be able to make new subscriptions to the above-mentioned funds after 10 November 2022. However, if no redemption is made, the units acquired before 10 November 2022 will remain in the ownership of the unitholder after the marketing of the funds ends if no redemption is made.
